Now Hiring - Sales Support Specialist in Staten Island, NY

Base Pay PLUS Commission.

Everything Entertainment is seeking for a person who is ready to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment. The ideal candidate should have event and project coordination experience, ask the right questions, understand the big picture, but can dive into the details.

Position Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Administrative support for sales staff.
• Prepare, execute, and finalize proposals and rental contracts for events.
• Develop client relationships via phone, email or in person meetings.
• Work with clients to recommend rental equipment that best meets their specific needs.
• Communicate all event details with internal staff to ensure a smooth event.
• Coordinate on-site survey inspections.
• Compile information and help execute authorizations and permits as needed
• Monitor shared Sales inbox.
• Accommodate clients via phone or email when Sales Staff are unavailable.
• Assist with Project management support for large events.
• Source specialty item requests & maintain subrental procedure.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable.

Essential Attributes:

• Candidates must be dedicated, organized, and detail oriented
• Candidates must possess strong communication skills, excellent customer service skills & problem solving abilities
• Candidates should be familiar with social media

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Google Suite, MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Previous sales administration and event experience preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Education:

• Associate (Preferred)

Experience:

• Inside sales: 1 year (Required)
• Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Required)
